Of the 8 Foundation Level Courses, at least
2 will be taught by professors from abroad and
the remaining by the BVB – MPBIM (M. P.
Birla Institute of Management) faculty.
Of the twelve Advanced Level Courses, at least
eight courses will be taught by the faculty
who will be full-time doctorally qualified well
published Marshall University professors from
the USA.
Most of the courses will be taught in a modular
format i.e., one course at a time with continuous
evaluation with reference to learning and developing
skills.
Any students from an accepted cohort may at
any time during the program attend courses on
the Marshall University campuses in the USA
and all credit for courses successfully completed
in the program in India or in the USA may be
used toward meeting graduation requirements
and meet all stipulated admission requirements
of the main campus in the USA including TOEFL
/ GMAT requirements. However, students desiring
to transfer completely to or to take courses
in the USA should be aware that significant
additional financial obligations will be incurred
by them apart from various provisions of laws
to be met.
Those who intend to take only the last 4 of
12 advanced courses will be treated as transient
students who need not fulfill TOEFEL / GMAT
requirements, provided they pay for the course
at Marshall and incur all travel, lodging and
other expenses. This is however subject to recommendation
from BVB – Bangalore and approval from
Marshall-USA.
